Behind the name

Write Moves is the culmination of my two loves: writing and movement. But also, who can resist some good word play?

In all seriousness though, maintaining a regular physical practice has given me strength, not just in body, but clarity in mind. This equips me with a whole new level of acuity and insight to my work as a marketer.
